MARRAKECH AND ATLANTIC COAST

6 days depart: Marrakech

Day 1 : Marrakech – Essaouira

In the early morning, pick up of your riad/hotel in Marrakech, to begin our tour.

Across Haouz’s plains, we will come to Essaouira. This beautiful city, named holdings of the humanity for the UNESCO, possesses a charming fishing port that even reflects the character of the Portuguese colonists of the S. The XVIth and his white houses evoke to the architecture of the south of the Iberian peninsula.

Day 2 : Essaouira – Agadir

After a good breakfast, we will continue our trip where we will enjoy of beautiful conference of Haha’s coasts.

In Agadir, you will be able to enjoy of panoramic conference and of the fresh air of this modern and “European” city. You will know his diverse beaches, as that of Sidi Kaouki, of big and calm spaces, which they do of her one of the nicest of Morocco. And Taghazoute’s beach, a paradise for those that love the surf.

Day 3 : Agadir – Sidi Ifni

We will continue our trip along the coast, enjoying of incredible conference.

We will visit Tiznit’s locality, where it is worth thinking of doing some purchase. His autochthonous inhabitants, Bereberes of the zone, make artesany a great variety of nice jewels and clothes of the best quality.

In the evening we will come to Sidi Ifni known as the Atlantic door of the Sahara, it has a strong Spanish flavor and his architecture Art Deco achieves that this city has a charming colonial touch.

Day 4 : Sidi Ifni – Tafraout :

In the morning, we will go towards the mountains of the Anti Atlas.

We will visit Guelmim, former stop of the merchants’ caravans that were going to Tombouctou.

We will continue our trip up to a small locality coming to Tafraout, Berber who is in the heart of Ammeln’s valley. This zone, it is particularly beautiful and is known by his extensive fields of almond-trees and tree of argán.

We will end the day with a relaxing walk along the magic places of this valley, as his concentrations of rocks of pink granite that change color according to the o’clock of the day.

Day 5 : Tafraout – Taroudant :

In the morning, after having breakfast, we will go towards Taroudant. This elegant strengthened city, also known as the ” Small Marrakech “, is an authentic paradise for the lovers of the articles of silver.

Day 6 : Taroudant – Marrakech :

We will begin the day leaving behind Taroudant, we will cross the impressive mountains of the High Atlas across the route Tizi-n-Test, where we will visit the magnificent mosque Berber of Tinml who dates back to the S.XI.

During the way of return towards Marrakech, we will realize diverse stops to extract photos, to contemplate magnificent conference and the contrast of the rocky landscapes of the mountains of the High Atlas.

We will come to Marrakech in the evening, where we will leave you at the edge of your riad/hotel.

    I am absolutely amazed with the treatment received by Africa Aventura during our stay in Morocco. Yunes has been not only a tour guide, but also a storyteller (he is an open book, you can talk with him of whatever you want to know), a waiter, a photographer, a mediator, a 24 hours personal assistant and a long etc. From the first day till the last one, he has accompanied us at every moment: In hotels: he has kept abreast of every detail, from reception, when he helped us to bring the luggage to the bedroom, to show us how to switch the air conditioned on, or even to give us towels at the swimming pool when we realized we had forgotten them. At meals: Yunes seated with us (we invited him to do so) like one more, but he was not relaxed like us because he was checking out that absolutely everything was perfect. If you needed something and the waiter was not close to asking for it, he stopped eating to bring you that thing. I remember when there were crepes to have for dessert and they were so delicious that I wanted to repeat. Then he gave me his. By the way, were couldn’t believe it when he took us to his own house where her mother cooked for us during the whole morning (the best cous-cous I have ever tried for sure). During transfers: Yunes came with us in our cars (we didn’t rent any) and he guided the route while explaining what the landscape offered. Also how people dressed, the differences between one looks and others, etc., etc. During activities: He organized everything too. He stayed even until the party in haimas reached his end just to make sure everything was okay (actually he was really tired because he wakes up at 4:30am to pray and then he never stops, but even that, he is always the last one lying down). At the time of purchases: Yunes took us to very good places, not only for the quality, but also taking in to account to whom the money was destined. To give an example, we saw many scarves shops, but he recommended us to buy them to a woman and her daughters, who started a kind of project to help the women involved. In definitely, Yunes has been the most incredible trip partner (I cannot say guide, it would not be fair) I have ever known. And now, I am sure I can say that a new friend has come into my life. Thank you Yunes, this trip without you wouldn’t be absolutely the same… Don’t ever change! You’re incredible!
